The process O Consol Box consists of :

1. Bounded warehouse recommended by the consolidator : A bonded warehouse, or bond, is a building or other secured area in which dutiable goods may be stored, manipulated, or undergo manufacturing operations without payment of duty. It may be managed by the state or by private enterprise. In the latter case a customs bond must be posted with the government.
2. The consolidator should select cargoes and pack the items according to final destination
3. The consolidator should book a container 20FT or 40HQ depending to available cargoes
4. The consolidator discharge the container at the POD in a bounded warehouse as well .
5. The container should unstuffed according to origin manifest and BLs provided by the POL
6. The consolidator will charge you only the space occupied. Thus, the cost will be cheaper than FCL.
7. Consol service allows to test new products and to test the service reliability from different suppliers.
